Emphasis: Project and Process Management
Graduates of the online Masters of Management, Emphasis: Project and Process Management degree program will investigate the required tools and techniques used to plan, measure, and control projects, as well as the methods used to organize and manage projects.
Project and Process Management (MM) coursework focuses on evaluating and resolving complex issues within contemporary project management scenarios. Students will also manage projects efficiently and effectively by utilizing initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing process groups.
Project and Process Management (MM) Core Courses
Students who select this option must complete the MM core courses and the following electives:
- Project Management Essentials
- Intermediate Project Management
- Advanced Project Management
