Operations & Configuration Management

Graduates of the online Masters of Management, Emphasis: Operations & Configuration Management degree program will explore the functional and quantitative processes and tools used to manage and control the operational processes of delivering goods and services.

Operations & Configuration Management (MM) Coursework will enable students to manage and optimize business operations and supply chains effectively. Students will learn to develop and refine enterprise process requirements and configuration.

Operations & Configuration Management (MM) Core Courses

Students who select this option must complete the MM core courses and the following electives:

  • Enterprise Process Management
  • Optimize Enterprise Operations
  • Operations and Supply Chain Management
