Organizational Leadership

The online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree program is designed for persons seeking to upgrade their leadership skills and advance in organizations.

Organizational Leadership (BS) coursework is designed to give graduates a distinct advantage in being able to combine core business knowledge with insight and skills gained from the added dimension of coursework in organizational leadership. This program prepares students to be better leaders, initiate change, solve problems, and foster a more innovative learning environment.

Students enrolled in the BS Organizational Leadership program develop knowledge and skills in the following major core courses:

Students develop other necessary knowledge and skills in courses in the Support Core and General Education Core, including courses in communications, science, mathematics, humanities/behavioral/social science, and college and career success.
