The online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Emphasis: Human Resources Management degree program is designed for students who have an interest in the human resource management functions of business organizations.

The Business Administration; Emphasis: Human Resources Management (BS) coursework explores the broad human resource activities required to attract, maintain and develop an effective workforce, including strategic planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, appraising employee performance and compensation, and benefits administration. This program also includes a review of recent laws, court decisions, new technologies, and social forces that make human resource management a rapidly evolving industry. In addition, this program of study encourages students to develop a strategic mindset in the context of human resource management policies and practices and empowers them to become effective decision-makers in this specialized field of business management.
