The Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Management is designed to prepare students to manage the various elements of residential and commercial construction projects. Students will develop knowledge on how to effectively manage and supervise projects, including key aspects like planning, controlling, scheduling, and monitoring the various phases. Coursework includes an introduction to construction management, construction materials and handling, building codes, planning and scheduling, and green building trends and technology.

Certification/Exam Preparation

The Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is considered the recognized credential for the Construction Management profession. It is the only CM certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
